- Design personalised training to ensure customer success
To fulfil this role you will need:
- Proficient English language skills at C1 level or above, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and understand complex concepts in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver training sessions
- Demonstrated ability to confidently deliver online presentations/training to larger audiences, whilst understanding the dynamic nature of delivering training to a wider audience
- Willingness to acquire knowledge of the Piwik PRO Analytics Suite
- Previous experience in a customer facing or support role within a SaaS or technology company
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Familiarity with web analytics, marketing platforms or related technologies a plus
