When does my 30-day trial start?
Your trial starts once your BAA is signed and your dedicated instance is live. Return your countersigned BAA before you begin tracking, so the PHI you collect is covered by it from the start.
What happens after the initial 30-day trial period?
After 30 days, a member of our sales team will reach out to discuss your needs and next steps. You’ll have an additional 30 days to decide whether to upgrade to an Enterprise plan. If you choose not to continue, your instance will be deleted at the end of that period, with no charges.
What are my options after the trial?
After the BAA-covered trial of the Business plan, you can continue using Piwik PRO in the Enterprise plan, which offers three tiers with increasing action limits and customization options, a BAA tailored to your needs, private cloud hosting and dedicated support.
The standard Business plan does not include BAA coverage beyond the trial period.
Do I need to de-identify PHI before sending it to Piwik PRO?
