We are a product team consisting of 11 experienced specialists: 3 backend developers, 2 frontend developers, 2 DevOps, QA, Product Designer, Product Manager, and Engineering Manager. We are building a global Consent Management Platform (CMP) tool. We develop the Cookie Information product, which collects user consent on websites and mobile applications, ensuring their privacy.
The frontend part of our product consists of libraries written in JavaScript with limited use of external libraries (due to high performance requirement), while the user interface is based on React. In both areas we use TypeScript to ensure the quality of our code.
We are currently looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team. You will collaborate with the team to create exceptional user experiences at every stage of the development cycle: from planning, through implementation, to maintenance.
Within our team, we provide mutual support and never leave each other in a tight spot. We’re fans of informal communication, memes and joking around when appropriate. Occasionally, we gather at the office for a little integration party. Come work with us!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Co-creating and maintaining the frontend part of the Cookie Information product
- Actively participating in team meetings to discuss the implemented solutions
- Cooperating with other team members (Backend, QA, Design, DevOps)
We need you to have:
- At least 5 years of experience in frontend development and extensive knowledge of React
- Strong understanding of HTTP protocol and REST API
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (both ES5 and newer versions)
- Excellent knowledge of TypeScript
- Very good knowledge of git
- Very good debugging skills
- Openness to work on shared code (clean code with an obligatory code review) and as part of team – including sharing your knowledge with less experienced colleagues
- Ability to use frontend libraries based on their documentation
- Experience with bundlers (e.g. Webpack, Vite)
- Good understanding of software design patterns
- Solid knowledge of browser developer tools
- Practical knowledge of unit testing, UI/UX principles, working with and creating technical documentation
- Good command of English (at least B2) and Polish (B2)
We’d love you to be familiar with:
- Web analytics domain
- Basics of E2E testing (Cypress)
- Using CI/CD pipelines
- Using Docker and Kubernetes
What you can expect after sending the resume:
- Short introductory phone call (30 – 45 min)
- An in-depth interview with team members (120 min)
- Decision and feedback
