Join our team at Piwik PRO, where we are developing a privacy-focused analytics suite used by organizations around the world. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with our clients – all while working alongside experienced professionals and having a real impact on the direction of our product.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage existing customers
- Helping them get the most out of our platform
- Building long-term partnerships, understanding customer needs and advising on use cases
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within client organizations
- Manage contract renewals and prepare customized commercial proposals
- Negotiate and close deals based on customer-specific sales plans
- Act as escalation point for business-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (customer support, product, implementation)
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to advocate for customer needs
We need you to have:
- Excellent English (C1); German or French is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Experience in account management, customer service or enterprise software sales (minimum 1 year)
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand business needs and propose value-added solutions
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn the technical details of our product
- Exceptional time management skills
We’d like you to have:
- Knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics, or marketing tools
- Experience in customer support, technical support, sales, or implementation
