Task on this position are:

Generating new sales opportunities using your existing contacts and building new relationships, including approaching new customers

Handling inbound inquiries and actively reaching out to potential customers

Identifying and analyzing client needs plus advising on product functionalities and use cases

Preparing and conducting product presentations for prospects
-
Taking part in public and private tenders, responding to RFI/RFPs inquiries
-
Preparing sales offers, negotiating contracts and closing agreements
-
Actively collaborating with marketing and product teams on targeted marketing collateral and product value proposition
-
Working with globally active companies from all over the world, which means there will be sometimes a need to work in flexible hours (ex.: calls with Asian based clients at early morning hours)

What would be helpful in dealing with them:

Ability to communicate fluently in English and German (native-like, at least C1)

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish and a track record of successful revenue attainment

Ability to quickly grasp knowledge – technical concepts and position related know-how
-
Great presentation skills

Being accurate and meticulous in documenting daily tasks using a CRM platform
It will be great, if you also:

Are familiar with marketing/analytics technology landscape and tools

Speak fluently any other European language
Compensation:
-
Average monthly remuneration based on results: PLN 10,000–25,000 net under a B2B contract, including base salary and a performance-based commission model.
