As a sales team of almost 20 people serving over 400 enterprise customers all over the world, we’ve mastered inbound sales and developed great relationships with many partners. In 2025, we’re about to develop a new, but very exciting channel – outbound. And that’s why we need you!
We’re looking for outgoing people who enjoy talking to others. Do you always find a way to get someone’s attention? Do you never take no for an answer easily and know the difference between persuasion and intrusion? Are you a generally positive person who views problems as challenges and focuses on finding the perfect solution? Then you’re probably someone we’re searching for!
Here is how we see your role:
- Reach out to prospects provided by the Lead Generation Specialist (by phone and email)
- Get them excited about our product and eager to learn more
- Schedule a demo call with our experienced sales specialists
- Update lead database with collected information in Hubspot
- Meet or exceed the sales development targets
- Report on your efforts with dedicated tools
- Educate prospects with basic product knowledge and answer high-level questions
- Ensure that your insights into customer needs and feedback reach the right teams within our company
To fit in, you definitely need to:
- Speak perfect English (C1 minimum) – language skills will be your ice-breaking weapon
- Have 1-2 years of experience in relevant positions (call center, debt collection) focused on direct contact (first line – phone calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) along with a toolkit on how to quickly get someone’s attention (time is precious!)
- Have your own, bulletproof ways of dealing with NOs and staying motivated
- Be a positive, outgoing person who highly enjoys meeting and talking with others
- Possess a lot of inner strength and motivation that allows you to face daily challenges and stay focused on your goals
- Are comfortable with following specific instructions
- Be tech-savvy and eager to learn
There are also some more formal expectations that you need to be aware of:
- We need you to be able to work from our Wrocław office on a daily basis if needed (hybrid mode possible)
- As a team you’ll focus on the US market. This means working on second shift (1 – 9 PM) is a must
Compensation:
- Base salary: 9 000 PLN net (B2B), total with target bonus: 11 000 PLN net (B2B)
