As a sales team of 10 people serving over 400 enterprise customers all over the world, we’ve mastered inbound sales and developed great relationships with many partners. In 2024, we’ve entered a new, but very exciting channel – outbound. And that’s why we need you!
We’re looking for someone with a detective’s instinct – able to identify the right sources of information, dive into data, investigate and accurately assess its value. Someone who is most comfortable working independently and doesn’t get bored with similar tasks. Someone who gets along well with apps and software and knows how to use them to their best advantage. This is what your day will look like:
- Search for leads matching our ideal customer profile using various data sources: our HubSpot CRM, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo/ Similar, regular search
- Initial lead qualification
- Regular market analysis
- Prepare a pipeline of prospects (decision makers) for Sales Development Representatives to contact
- Keep prospect database up to date and organized
- Report on your work with dedicated tools
- Proactively look for best data sources and test new lead generation approaches
You’ll be perfect at it, if you:
- Gain a solid understanding of the Piwik PRO customer profile and the nature of our sales cycle
- Enjoy working mostly on your own
- Are comfortable with data and have an eye for detail
- Don’t get bored with repetitive tasks
- Are tech-savvy and enjoy making your life easier with technology (apps and other tools)
- Have a very good command of English (with an emphasis on written language)
- Have some experience with administrative work
- Are comfortable with well-defined tasks and procedures to follow
It would be great if you also:
- Previously worked in a data research and/or analytical role
- Have used any leading CRM system
There are also some more formal expectations that you need to be aware of:
- We need you to be willing to work from our Wrocław office on a daily basis
- As a team you’ll focus on the US market. This means working on second shift (2 – 10 PM) is a must
- Minimum availability required: 0,75 FTE (students welcome)
Compensation:
- Base salary: 7 000 PLN net (B2B); total with target bonus: up to 9 000 PLN net (B2B)
