We are looking for a Service Delivery Assistant to work with us on a part-time basis.
This position is especially well-suited for students or early-career professionals eager to build a career in tech, operations, or customer-facing roles within a SaaS company.
The team provides services to both internal and external customers across our product portfolio. It ensures a smooth account creation process, supports Account Managers with license data management, and delivers additional services on time and with high quality. The team also coordinates complex internal processes, such as sunsets and migrations.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment while contributing to the day-to-day operations of the Service Delivery team. It’s ideal for someone looking to grow into more advanced responsibilities over time, such as process automation and service delivery management.
What is the role about?

Assistance with the delivery of instances (on both, public and private clouds), including:
-
updates
-
post-delivery validation
-
SSL certificate renewals
-
License management
-
Managing (upgrading/deleting) core accounts
-
Assistance with additional services delivery
-
Assistance with the rollouts, sunsets and migrations along with developing the relevant documentation
-
Assistance with On-premisses offboarding
-
Assistance with automating services and operational optimization
Required competencies:
-
Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken – most documentation is in English, and many of our teams are based in Denmark

Strong attention to detail
-
The ability to read and understand technical documentation
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace – especially spreadsheets and text editors
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

Comfort with IT and web technologies
Nice-to-have background:

Knowledge of digital marketing

Basic web development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

Basic knowledge of cloud-based solutions and different types of cloud computing

Basic knowledge of data security and user privacy

Knowledge of Jira; Agile and Scrum methodologies

Practical experience with an analytics platform
