With Piwik PRO and Cookie Information, we build an analytics package focusing on privacy and data security. We compete with industry leaders by providing comprehensive tools for tracking and analyzing user behavior while maintaining complete control over data and ensuring compliance with the latest privacy regulations.
As a new member of our team, you’ll be joining a fully autonomous, interdisciplinary product team consisting of 8 experienced engineers (Backend Engineer, Frontend Engineer, QA, DevOps), a Product Manager, and a Designer. As part of the team, you will work on a GDPR consent-handling product that hundreds of thousands of people use every month. Our product is currently scaling up and evolving to adapt to global regulatory and market changes.
You will support the team throughout all product development stages, from planning to release and maintenance.

Required skills and experience:
- Minimum 4 years of working with a developers’ team as an Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Team Leader, or similar role
- Proficiency in Scrum – practical knowledge of an agile approach to software development
- Technical knowledge (e.g., previous experience in a technical role or understanding of engineering language and interest in new technologies)
- Effective meeting facilitation. Toolset helpful for leading meetings
- Effective decision making. Ability to make hard decision and communicate it in an appropriate manner
- Experience in supporting team members’ development
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic thinking – the ability to translate the company’s strategy into the team’s activities
- Risk management
- Stakeholder management – communication, building relationships
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Fluency in written and spoken English (C1)
- Fluency in written and spoken Polish (C1)
Extra assets:
- Using modern tools for leaders based on concepts like Management 3.0 and similar in working with the team
- Web analytics knowledge (i.e., practical knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
- Practical knowledge of User Story Mapping or other techniques to break bigger features/projects into smaller deliverables
Your tasks:
- People leadership – meeting on 1:1s with team members, taking care of their well-being and motivation, self-development needs, helping them grow
- Co-creation and execution of the product roadmap – delivering planned solutions within specified timeframes and building the technical roadmap
- Organizing the project – managing the backlog, documentation etc.
- Representing the team within the organization – taking on communication with other teams, proposing changes to how we cooperate
- Release management
- Organizing processes in the team – maintaining existing processes, adjusting them, and creating new ones
- Coordination of cross-team features – supporting the team in communication with other product teams on designing, building, and delivering solutions in the product
- Motivating the team to act
