Who are we looking for?
We are searching for a finance professional with at least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing finances for companies with international operations, along with excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling. Fluency in English at a C1 level is essential, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in leading a team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all financial processes in the company and its foreign subsidiaries
- Creating budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis
- Optimizing accounting processes and cost control
- Managing a team of finance professionals based in Poland
- Collaborating with the management team on strategic planning
- Monitoring financial liquidity
- Cooperating with auditors, tax advisors, banks and insurance companies
- Reporting financial results to the Group CFO (based in Denmark)
- Developing and implementing tools for financial process automation
We need you to have:
- Minimum of 7 years experience within finance area, including 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a SaaS or tech company)
- Strong knowledge of Polish accounting standards
- Experience in managing finances in companies with international subsidiaries
- Proficiency in financial analysis and business modeling
- Excellent command of English (C1 level)
Nice to have, but not required:
- Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
- Experience in tax related matters (transfer pricing, IP BOX)
