As a Junior Sales Development Representative, you will identify and nurture sales opportunities with our sales team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for enthusiastic people at the beginning of their sales adventure, who are loaded with energy and eager to commit. A must-have is a fluent command of English (min. C1-level) – you should be able to communicate with ease about diverse business topics. Tech-savviness is also essential. Your day-to-day job will include:

  • Qualifying and nurturing leads generated by inbound marketing channels
  • Proactively reaching out to potential customers
  • Managing and nurturing a pipeline of prospects in order to create sales opportunities
  • Setting up discussions with senior executives and evaluating their business needs
  • Helping to collect information required to fulfill formal buying processes (i.e. tenders, RFIs, RFPs)
  • Helping to develop and improve sales strategies
  • Using marketing & sales CRM tools

To succeed in this position, you definitely need to have:

  • Native English proficiency with excellent communication skills
  • 1+ years of related experience in the tech industry (B2B preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of internet technologies (SaaS industry, marketing technologies, etc.)
  • Experience identifying prospects and turning them into sales qualified leads
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or another top-level CRM platform
  • Advanced research skills – you are a master at collecting information
  • Strong phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Email marketing experience is a plus
  • German language proficiency is a plus

  • Eager to learn and succeed in sales
  • Result oriented & have a proactive attitude with high internal motivation
  • Happy to work on-site in our Wroclaw office
