We’re a team of six engineers and PM who deliver and maintain environments for Piwik PRO Analytics Suite. We take care of our public & private cloud environments and cooperate with our customer-facing teams to provide a high level of product availability. As a team, we’re working closely and always support each other.
To add some numbers – our infrastructure serves a few hundred customers, as a modern DevOps we’re containerized with more than 16 hundreds containers (and growing) and process over 15TB of data in traditional and column-oriented database engines.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 4 years of commercial experience in DevOpsing or development with passion for ops topics
- Experience with Cloud (AWS or Azure), Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker
- Very good skills with Python or Golang
- Working with databases – we’re mainly using Clickhouse, MySQL and Redis
- Familiarity with some of following tools: Git, Terraform, Grafana, Prometheus, Nginx, HaProxy, and topics: high availability, load balancing, failover
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies & tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
- Experience with system and network security topics
- Ability to identify a problem (or opportunity!) and propose an effective and efficient solution
- Proactively identify both inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements, and develop solutions
- An ability to communicate in Polish (B2) and English (B1+)
