Single Customer View (SCV)

A Single Customer View (some people refer to it as ‘360’ or ‘unified’ customer view) is a method for gathering all available data about your customers and merging it into a single record.

The user record can include:

  • online and offline user data (surfing history, Conversion, etc.),
  • transaction data (purchases and sales, etc.),
  • personal data (names, addresses, social media, etc.)
  • and more.

The data can be collected cross-channel using various methods such as device fingerprint, tracking or cookie tracking.
