His books are used by students and professionals worldwide. As Google’s first Head of Web Analytics for Europe, Brian built the pan-European team of product specialists, a legacy of which is the online learning test, known as the GAIQ. Brian has guest lectured at University College London, Copenhagen University, and the Stockholm School of Economics.
