We’re happy to announce our first product release this year. Piwik PRO team is introducing new features and improvements to version 15.2 of the Analytics Suite. We’ve focused on multiple ways of enhancing user experience. Our customers will be able to use new dimensions, mark their favorite dashboards, custom reports and segments. It will also be possible to display consent forms in more languages.
The final release took place on February 18th, 2021 so from now on all customers are be able to take advantage of it. Read on for details.
Analytics gets new functionalities and enhancements
As we’ve aimed at improving user experience, you’ll see more smaller but meaningful changes. The new release includes a handy functionality that simplifies access to your favorite dashboards, reports and segments. You can star a dashboard, custom report or segment so they appear at the top of a dedicated list.
We’re upgrading the Analytics module so it’s easier to copy and delete grouped:
- Dashboards
- Custom reports
- Segments
- Calculated metrics
- Dimension value groupings
- Custom channel groupings
- Custom attribution models
- Scheduled reports and alerts
Now you can decide whether you want to receive emails sent as scheduled reports and alerts, as we’ve added an unsubscribe link to them.
Moreover, we’re upgrading data exports so that the exported data now reflects settings you’ve used in a report: segments, compared time periods, filters and sort options. Also, you can decide to export all nested tables or just the level that you’re viewing at the moment.
Finally, users with owner permission can set up a dashboard created on one website for use across all websites.
Better user experience and interface for Consent Manger
Your site visitors can see consent forms in their language. Consent forms in our Consent Manager are now available in:
- Dutch
- English
- Finnish
- German
- Polish
- Portuguese
- Spanish
If a visitor uses one of these languages as the browser language, they’ll see the form in that language.
Our Piwik PRO team has tweaked Insights reports in Consent Manager to upgrade user experience.
Last but not least, our team has corrected how consent forms are displayed to Safari users.
The game plan for Version 15.2 is helping our customer get their reports done faster and with little fuss. We’ve also introduced new language versions of consent forms to make it easier for you to address privacy compliance for your international audience.
